Refund Policy
Last Updated: July 2026
1. Overview
This Refund Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, subscription changes, billing disputes, and payment issues are handled for products and services provided by Corenth Technologies LLC (“Corenth Technologies,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By purchasing or subscribing to our Services, you agree to this Refund Policy, our Terms of Service, and our Privacy Policy.
2. Subscription Services
Corenth Technologies provides subscription-based software and AI-powered services.
Subscription plans may include:
- Monthly subscriptions
- Annual subscriptions
- Business plans
- Enterprise plans
- Add-on services
- Usage-based services (where applicable)
Subscription pricing and included features are displayed at the time of purchase.
3. Billing
Subscriptions are billed in advance on either a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan you choose.
By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Corenth Technologies and our payment processor to charge your selected payment method for all applicable fees, taxes, and recurring charges.
You are responsible for maintaining accurate billing information and a valid payment method.
4. Automatic Renewals
Unless cancelled before the next billing date, subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period.
Renewal charges will be billed using your payment method on file.
You may cancel automatic renewal at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting customer support.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law:
- Cancellation prevents future renewal charges.
- Cancellation does not automatically generate a refund for the current billing period.
- You will generally retain access to paid features until the end of your current subscription term.
After your subscription expires, your access to premium features may be suspended or downgraded to any available free plan.
6. Refund Eligibility
Because our Services provide immediate access to digital software, cloud infrastructure, AI functionality, and subscription-based features, all purchases are generally considered final.
Refunds are not typically provided for:
- Change of mind
- Accidental purchases made by the account owner
- Partial use of a subscription period
- Failure to cancel before renewal
- Lack of use of the Services
- Dissatisfaction where the Services were available and functioning substantially as described
- Removal of features due to product updates
- Internet connectivity issues outside our control
- Compatibility issues caused by unsupported devices or software
- Violations of our Terms of Service resulting in account suspension or termination
7. Circumstances Where Refunds May Be Considered
At our sole discretion, we may issue a full or partial refund in situations such as:
- Duplicate charges
- Incorrect billing amounts
- Billing system errors
- Unauthorized charges confirmed after investigation
- Technical failures that prevented access to the Services for an extended period and could not be reasonably resolved
- Other exceptional circumstances determined by Corenth Technologies
Any goodwill refund issued in one situation does not create an obligation to provide refunds in future situations.
8. Free Trials and Promotional Offers
If we offer a free trial or promotional access:
- You may cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged.
- If you do not cancel before the trial expires, your selected payment method may be charged automatically for the applicable subscription.
- Charges incurred after the free trial ends are generally non-refundable unless required by law.
9. Subscription Upgrades
If you upgrade your subscription during an active billing period:
- Your new subscription pricing may take effect immediately or at the next billing cycle, depending on the plan and our billing system.
- Any applicable prorated charges or credits will be calculated automatically where supported.
10. Subscription Downgrades
If you downgrade your subscription:
- The downgrade may take effect immediately or at the start of your next billing cycle.
- Features associated with your previous subscription level may no longer be available after the downgrade becomes effective.
- Downgrades do not generally result in refunds for the remaining portion of the current billing period.
11. Failed or Declined Payments
If your payment method is declined or cannot be processed:
We may:
- Retry the payment.
- Notify you to update your payment information.
- Suspend access to paid features.
- Limit account functionality.
- Cancel your subscription after reasonable attempts to collect payment.
You remain responsible for any outstanding fees owed.
12. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider before contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our Services.
