Perceivable
Information and interface elements should be presented in ways users can perceive through sight, sound, touch, or assistive technology.
Inclusive digital experiences
Corenth Technologies is committed to improving access to its website, platform, information, and services for people with disabilities and users of assistive technology.
Accessibility principles
Accessibility must be considered during design, development, content creation, testing, support, and ongoing maintenance—not added only after a feature is complete.
Information and interface elements should be presented in ways users can perceive through sight, sound, touch, or assistive technology.
Navigation, controls, forms, and interactive features should be usable without requiring a mouse or a specific input method.
Content, instructions, labels, error messages, and interactions should be clear, consistent, and predictable.
Pages and features should use reliable structure and semantics that work with current browsers and assistive technologies.
Required before launch
Passing a build, lint check, or visual review does not establish accessibility. The deployed website must be tested using keyboard navigation, assistive technology, automated tools, and manual review.
Use semantic HTML headings, landmarks, labels, lists, tables, and controls.
Maintain full keyboard access for navigation and interactive components.
Provide visible focus indicators for keyboard users.
Use sufficient text, interface, and graphical color contrast.
Provide meaningful text alternatives for informative images.
Use descriptive link text and accessible button names.
Associate form fields with clear labels, instructions, and error messages.
Avoid relying only on color to communicate meaning.
Support browser zoom and responsive text without loss of functionality.
Avoid unnecessary motion and respect reduced-motion preferences.
Provide captions or transcripts for meaningful audio and video content.
Test important customer journeys with automated and manual methods.
Corenth Technologies LLC is committed to improving the accessibility and usability of its website, software platform, communications, documentation, and customer experiences.
Our goal is to make information and functionality available to as many people as reasonably possible, including people who use screen readers, screen magnification, voice control, keyboard navigation, captions, switch devices, and other assistive technologies.
Accessibility is an ongoing responsibility. The Service is still under development, and additional evaluation, remediation, documentation, and process development remain necessary before launch.
Corenth Technologies is using the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, version 2.2, Level AA, as its current accessibility target for the website and platform.
WCAG organizes accessibility around four principles: perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust.
Corenth Technologies has not completed a comprehensive accessibility audit and does not currently claim complete WCAG 2.2 Level AA conformance, ADA compliance certification, Section 508 conformance, or approval by an independent accessibility organization.
Accessibility considerations have been included in portions of the current frontend, including semantic page structure, labeled controls, responsive layouts, native HTML elements, and keyboard-compatible links and buttons.
However, the following work remains incomplete:
Corenth Technologies intends to incorporate accessibility into design, development, quality assurance, content, vendor selection, and customer support.
Planned measures include:
Corenth Technologies intends to use a combination of automated and manual accessibility evaluation.
Testing should include:
No complete production accessibility testing report, conformance report, Voluntary Product Accessibility Template, or independent audit is currently available.
Because the platform is still being developed and has not completed a full audit, users may encounter accessibility barriers.
The full website, authentication experience, checkout flow, customer dashboard, and administrative dashboard have not yet received a complete accessibility audit.
Stripe, Calendly, Supabase-hosted flows, embedded content, and future integrations may have accessibility behavior outside Corenth Technologies’ direct control.
Charts, tables, filters, automation builders, analytics, and other complex interfaces may require additional keyboard, screen-reader, labeling, and alternative-text work.
Future PDFs, downloadable guides, reports, contracts, or other documents may require separate tagging and accessibility review.
Customer-created or AI-generated content may not automatically meet accessibility requirements and may require human review.
Future videos, webinars, demonstrations, or audio materials must be reviewed for captions, transcripts, controls, and audio-description needs.
Specific confirmed defects, affected pages, workarounds, and expected remediation dates should be added here as they are identified.
The Service may include third-party tools, hosted pages, embedded content, integrations, payment experiences, scheduling services, authentication infrastructure, or other external technology.
Examples may include Stripe, Calendly, Supabase, and future analytics, support, communications, or integration providers.
Corenth Technologies may not control every accessibility feature or limitation of an independent third-party service. We intend to consider accessibility during vendor selection and configuration where reasonably possible.
Accessibility problems involving a third-party experience may still be reported to Corenth Technologies so we can review available alternatives, configuration changes, escalation paths, or provider support.
If an accessibility barrier prevents you from accessing information, completing a form, reviewing a policy, booking a call, managing an account, or using another feature, contact Corenth Technologies.
Where reasonably possible, we will attempt to provide the information or service through an accessible alternative, such as:
The availability and timing of an alternative may depend on the request, content, technical issue, and available resources.
Accessibility problems, requests for assistance, and suggestions may be sent to:
A helpful report should include:
Do not include passwords, API keys, payment-card information, or other unnecessary sensitive information.
Corenth Technologies intends to review legitimate accessibility reports and determine an appropriate response.
The response process may include:
Corenth Technologies has not yet established a dedicated accessibility team, guaranteed acknowledgment period, remediation deadline, or formal complaint and escalation process.
Accessibility is not a one-time project. New pages, features, content, vendors, documents, and design changes may introduce new barriers.
Corenth Technologies intends to improve accessibility through:
Corenth Technologies may update this Accessibility Statement as the website, platform, testing results, accessibility practices, known limitations, legal requirements, and contact procedures change.
Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
Confirmed limitations and available workarounds should be added as they are identified.
Accessibility questions, requests for assistance, or reports of a barrier may be sent to:
Before launch, Corenth Technologies should determine whether to create a dedicated accessibility or support email address and formalize responsibility for responding to accessibility requests.
This Accessibility Statement is a pre-launch working statement. It must be updated after automated testing, manual keyboard testing, screen-reader testing, contrast review, responsive and zoom testing, third-party-service review, document and media review, remediation of confirmed barriers, legal review, creation of a response process, and addition of Corenth Technologies’ public business address.
