11. AI-Generated Content
Our Services may generate text, reports, recommendations, summaries, workflows, automations, code, business insights, or other content using artificial intelligence.
You acknowledge and agree that:
- AI-generated content may not always be unique.
- Similar outputs may be generated for other users.
- AI-generated content may contain errors or omissions.
- Outputs should always be reviewed before being relied upon.
- Corenth Technologies makes no guarantee regarding the accuracy, legality, completeness, reliability, or suitability of AI-generated content.
You are solely responsible for your use of AI-generated content.
You assume all responsibility for decisions made based on AI outputs.
12. Feedback
If you provide suggestions, ideas, feature requests, comments, improvements, bug reports, or other feedback regarding our Services, you grant Corenth Technologies a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, incorporate, publish, and commercialize that feedback without compensation or attribution.

Your payment method will be charged automatically unless you cancel before your renewal date.
You are responsible for managing your subscription through your customer dashboard.
16. Taxes
Unless otherwise stated, subscription fees do not include applicable taxes.
You are responsible for paying any sales tax, VAT, GST, use tax, or similar governmental charges applicable to your purchase.
Where required by law, Corenth Technologies may collect and remit applicable taxes.
17. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting customer support.
Cancellation stops future renewals.
Unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated in a separate Refund Policy, cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund for fees already paid.
Access to paid features may continue until the end of your current billing period.
18. Free Trials and Promotional Offers
Corenth Technologies may offer free trials, promotional access, discounts, credits, or limited-time offers.
We reserve the right to:

Upon cancellation or termination of your account, we may retain your data for a reasonable period to allow for data export or as required by law.

- FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
- NON-INFRINGEMENT
- TITLE
- ACCURACY
- RELIABILITY
- AVAILABILITY
- SECURITY
- ERROR-FREE OPERATION
We do not warrant that:
- The Services will always be available.
- The Services will be uninterrupted.
- The Services will be free from bugs or errors.
- AI-generated outputs will always be accurate.
- The Services will satisfy every user’s expectations or business requirements.
- Defects will always be corrected immediately.
You assume all risk arising from your use of the Services.
26. No Professional Advice
The Services may generate recommendations, analyses, reports, automation suggestions, business insights, or other informational outputs.
These outputs are provided solely for informational purposes.
Nothing provided through the Services constitutes:
- Legal advice
- Financial advice
- Accounting advice
- Tax advice
- Investment advice
- Medical advice
- Engineering advice
- Professional consulting services
You should consult qualified professionals before making important decisions based on information generated by the Services.
27. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CORENTH TECHNOLOGIES, ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Lost profits
- Lost revenue
- Loss of business opportunities
- Loss of goodwill
- Business interruption
- Loss of data
- Corruption of files
- Loss of customers
- System downtime
- Security incidents
- AI-generated errors
- Third-party service failures
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO CORENTH TECHNOLOGIES FOR THE SERVICES DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
28. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Corenth Technologies LLC, its members, managers, employees, contractors, affiliates, successors, licensors, partners, and service providers from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, judgments, settlements, penalties, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from or related to:

- Your violation of these Terms.
- Your User Content.
- Your violation of any law or regulation.
- Your infringement of another person’s rights.
- Your misuse of AI-generated content.
- Your negligent or intentional misconduct.
29. Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Services at any time if we reasonably believe that:
- You have violated these Terms.
- Your account poses a security risk.
- Fraudulent activity is suspected.
- Required payments are overdue.
- Your use creates legal or regulatory risk for us.
30. Effect of Termination
Upon termination of your account or access to the Services:
- Your right to access and use the Services immediately ceases.
- Any fees owed to us remain due and payable.
- We may delete or anonymize your data in accordance with our data retention practices.
- Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
31. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply to these Terms.
32. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation.
If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in Delaware, United States.
Each party shall bear its own costs and attorneys’ fees, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
33. Class Action Waiver
To the maximum extent permitted by law, any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
34. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while reflecting the original intent as closely as possible.
35. Waiver
No failure or delay by Corenth Technologies in exercising any right or remedy under these Terms shall operate as a waiver thereof.
No waiver of any provision shall be effective unless in writing and signed by the waiving party.
36. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Corenth Technologies regarding your use of the Services.
These Terms supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, and understandings, whether written or oral, regarding the subject matter.

- You are not identified on any applicable government restricted-party list.
- You will not use the Services in violation of export control or sanctions laws.
- You will not permit unauthorized access to the Services by prohibited persons or entities.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access where required to comply with applicable export or sanctions laws.
39. Assignment
You may not assign, transfer, delegate, or otherwise dispose of your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.
Corenth Technologies may assign or transfer these Terms, in whole or in part, in connection with:

These Terms will bind and benefit the parties and their permitted successors and assigns.
40. Relationship of the Parties

You and Corenth Technologies remain independent parties.

No rights are granted by implication, estoppel, or otherwise.
