Production billing principles
These principles summarize the billing practices customers should expect when using paid Corenth Technologies subscriptions.
Subscription pricing and billing frequency are disclosed before purchase.
Starter includes a 7-day trial and Pro includes a 3-day trial when offered at checkout.
Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next renewal.
Customers can manage recurring subscriptions through available account or Stripe billing controls.
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once charged, subject to stated exceptions and applicable law.
Plan changes may result in charges, credits, prorations, or changes to future billing.
Stripe may retry failed payments and update subscription or invoice status.
Invoices, receipts, and other billing records may be provided through Stripe, email, or account controls.
Billing disputes and refund requests are reviewed using transaction and account records.
Enterprise or custom agreements may establish different commercial terms.
This Refund and Billing Policy describes the general billing, subscription, cancellation, refund, and payment practices Corenth Technologies LLC applies to subscriptions purchased through the Corenth Technologies website and platform.
This policy supplements the Terms of Service and any pricing page, checkout disclosure, order form, statement of work, or other agreement governing a purchase.
If a signed Enterprise agreement, order form, or custom agreement contains different billing or refund terms, the applicable signed agreement will control to the extent of the conflict.
Billing behavior may vary by plan, account status, Stripe configuration, checkout disclosure, or a separately signed commercial agreement.
Corenth Technologies currently offers Free, Starter, Pro, Professional, and Enterprise plans.
Paid plans may be billed monthly, annually, or under a custom written agreement. Applicable pricing, features, usage limits, trial terms, billing frequency, taxes, implementation fees, and renewal information are displayed or otherwise disclosed before the customer completes a purchase.
Published prices may change. Pricing changes should not apply retroactively to charges already completed. When required or appropriate, customers will receive advance notice before a changed price applies to a future renewal.
Corenth Technologies may introduce additional plans, usage-based charges, add-ons, implementation fees, consulting fees, or custom services in the future. Applicable charges will be disclosed before purchase.
Stripe processes paid subscriptions and related transactions.
By purchasing a paid subscription, the customer authorizes Corenth Technologies and Stripe to charge the selected payment method for:
Customers are responsible for maintaining valid and current billing information and for ensuring that the selected payment method is authorized for use.
Corenth Technologies does not store complete raw payment-card numbers on its own servers as part of its standard checkout flow. Payment-card handling is performed through Stripe.
Corenth Technologies currently offers:
Unless otherwise clearly stated at signup, Professional and Enterprise plans should not be assumed to include a standard free trial.
Trial eligibility may be limited by customer, business, payment method, email address, account, organization, device, prior trial history, or other reasonable anti-abuse criteria.
Customers may not create multiple accounts or use false or misleading information to obtain repeated trials.
Payment-method requirements, conversion timing, first-charge timing, and any trial notices are disclosed through the applicable signup or checkout flow. Customers should review those terms before starting a trial.
When a trial is configured to convert automatically, customers must cancel before the stated trial deadline to prevent the first paid subscription charge.
Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each applicable monthly or annual billing period unless canceled before the renewal becomes effective.
By maintaining a paid subscription, the customer authorizes recurring charges to the payment method associated with the account.
Renewal charges may occur on or near the applicable renewal date, subject to payment-processor timing, time zones, weekends, banking schedules, and technical processing.
Renewal, trial, cancellation, and post-purchase disclosures are provided as applicable through checkout, account controls, billing communications, or other notices required by law.
Customers may cancel recurring subscriptions before the next renewal date to prevent future renewal charges.
Corenth Technologies provides self-service cancellation through available account or Stripe billing controls.
If a self-service cancellation control is temporarily unavailable, a customer may submit a cancellation request using the contact information listed in this policy.
Cancellation generally does not automatically provide a refund for a current billing period or for charges already processed.
Unless otherwise stated at purchase or required by law, cancellation prevents future renewal and does not automatically refund charges already processed. Account access after cancellation may continue through the paid period or change according to the applicable plan and subscription status.
Exceptions may be approved where required by law or for duplicate billing, a verified billing error, or an exceptional service issue.
Refund requests are reviewed individually. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval.
Refund approval may depend on:
The same valid purchase was charged more than once because of a confirmed processing or billing error.
Corenth Technologies or its payment processor charged an amount inconsistent with the applicable authorized purchase.
A serious and verified service problem justifies a discretionary refund after individual review.
Applicable law provides a mandatory cancellation, refund, cooling-off, or consumer right.
Annual subscription charges are not automatically prorated or refunded because a customer cancels before the annual period ends.
When a refund is approved, Corenth Technologies generally intends to return the approved amount to the original payment method. Processing time may depend on Stripe, the financial institution, payment method, and transaction type.
Customers may upgrade or downgrade subscriptions through available account or Stripe billing controls.
An upgrade may:
A downgrade may:
The effective date and financial effect of a plan change may vary by current plan, billing interval, Stripe configuration, and the change selected. Applicable amounts are shown or otherwise disclosed as part of the billing flow.
A plan change may create a prorated charge, credit, invoice adjustment, or change to the next billing amount.
Prorations are not necessarily equivalent to an immediate refund. A credit may instead be applied to a future invoice, depending on the subscription settings and transaction.
The applicable Stripe subscription configuration determines whether a plan change produces a proration, credit, immediate charge, or adjustment to a future invoice.
Where supported by the billing flow, customers are shown relevant effective-date, charge, credit, tax, and renewal information before confirming a plan change.
A payment may fail because of insufficient funds, an expired card, an issuer decline, authentication requirements, incorrect billing information, account restrictions, or another payment issue.
When a payment fails, Corenth Technologies or Stripe may:
Retry timing, reminders, subscription status, access restrictions, cancellation, and reactivation may vary based on Stripe settings, payment status, and the Service's account-management rules.
Customers remain responsible for unpaid amounts unless the charge is canceled, waived, refunded, or otherwise resolved.
Stripe may generate receipts, invoices, credit notes, payment confirmations, failed-payment notices, and other billing records.
Customers are responsible for maintaining a valid billing email address and reviewing billing communications.
Corenth Technologies makes invoices and receipts available through Stripe-hosted pages, customer billing controls, email, or another reasonable method.
Customers should promptly report incorrect company names, addresses, tax details, charges, or invoice information.
Displayed subscription prices may not include sales tax, use tax, value-added tax, goods and services tax, or other applicable taxes unless expressly stated.
Customers are responsible for taxes associated with their purchase, excluding taxes imposed on Corenth Technologies’ net income.
Corenth Technologies may collect taxes when required based on the customer’s location, billing information, tax status, product classification, or applicable law.
Tax collection and reporting may depend on product classification, customer location, exemptions, registrations, payment configuration, and applicable law.
Corenth Technologies may offer promotional codes, discounts, credits, trials, temporary upgrades, referral benefits, or other limited offers.
Promotional offers may:
Credits have no cash value unless expressly stated and generally cannot be transferred, sold, or redeemed for cash.
Customers may not create multiple accounts or use misleading information to obtain repeated promotional benefits.
Customers should contact Corenth Technologies promptly if they believe a charge is incorrect or unauthorized.
Providing the transaction date, amount, account email, invoice number, and reason for the dispute may help resolve the matter efficiently.
A customer should not submit a chargeback for a valid charge merely to avoid the cancellation or refund rules.
Corenth Technologies may provide transaction, account, authorization, access, communication, or usage records to Stripe, financial institutions, card networks, or other appropriate parties when responding to a billing dispute.
Accounts associated with suspected fraud, abusive disputes, or unresolved chargebacks may be restricted or suspended, subject to applicable law and Corenth Technologies' billing and account-security procedures.
Enterprise customers, custom implementations, consulting projects, onboarding work, configuration assistance, or other professional services may be governed by a separate order form, statement of work, invoice, or written agreement.
Custom agreements may include different:
Fees for completed implementation, consulting, configuration, custom development, data migration, or other professional work may be non-refundable once performed, subject to the applicable agreement and law.

Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.

This Refund and Billing Policy reflects Corenth Technologies' current production billing practices and may be updated as pricing, subscription features, Stripe configuration, taxes, legal requirements, and business operations change. Nothing in this policy limits cancellation, refund, or other rights that cannot lawfully be waived or restricted.
