Review documentCustomer data
Corenth Technologies processes information needed to provide and support the Service while customers remain responsible for ensuring that data submitted to the platform is collected and used lawfully.
Customers retain ownership of the lawful data, records, content, prompts, files, and other information they submit to the Service.
Customer data is processed to provide, secure, support, maintain, and improve the services the customer has requested or enabled.
The platform is intended to keep customer organizations and their data logically separated through authentication, authorization, and database controls.
Corenth Technologies does not use customer business data to train third-party foundation models without the customer’s consent.
Customers may request access, export, correction, or deletion of eligible account data, subject to legal, tax, accounting, security, backup, or contractual retention obligations.
The Subprocessors page identifies service providers used to support Corenth Technologies and is updated as the production provider inventory changes.
Program status
Corenth Technologies will continue updating this status as controls, providers, monitoring, accessibility testing, and operational processes evolve.
Security, privacy, legal, billing, accessibility, AI-governance, vulnerability-reporting, and data-processing information is available through this Trust Center.
Production traffic uses encrypted HTTPS connections. Deployment configuration is maintained as part of ongoing production operations.
Stripe is used for payment processing. Corenth Technologies does not store complete raw payment-card numbers on its own servers as part of its standard checkout flow.
Supabase supports account registration, login, email verification, password recovery, and authenticated sessions.
Role and permission controls are part of the production platform architecture for separating customer and administrative functionality.
Authenticator-app multi-factor authentication is supported for enrolled customer accounts. Availability and enforcement depend on account enrollment and configuration.
Corenth Technologies does not currently identify nonessential analytics, advertising, or behavioral tracking cookies as active. Consent or preference controls will be introduced where required if optional tracking technologies are added.
The Subprocessors page identifies current service providers and is reviewed as hosting, email, AI, CRM, scheduling, monitoring, support, and other production services change.
Corenth Technologies is working toward WCAG 2.2 Level AA and will continue testing keyboard access, contrast, screen-reader compatibility, forms, dashboards, and third-party experiences.
Production operations include monitoring and incident-response practices appropriate to the Service. Procedures may continue to mature as the platform and customer base grow.
Corenth Technologies does not currently offer a public contractual uptime guarantee, service-credit structure, or guaranteed support-response SLA.
A public system-status and incident-history page may be introduced in the future as operational needs and customer requirements grow.
Certifications and assurance
